Focused Mind Counseling is seeking a dedicated and experienced Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) to join our passionate team. • Conduct thorough assessments of clients' social, emotional, and environmental challenges, utilizing various evidence-based tools and methodologies.
• Develop individualized service plans that set clear, measurable goals, and outline necessary interventions to achieve positive outcomes.
• Provide compassionate counseling and support to clients, addressing a spectrum of life challenges, from mental health issues to acute crises.
• Engage clients in collaborative processes to create personalized service plans that effectively link them to essential resources within the community.
• Deliver crisis intervention and develop risk assessment and safety planning protocols tailored to high-risk situations.
• Build strong relationships with community agencies and organizations to enhance service coordination and advocate powerfully on behalf of clients.
• Lead community outreach efforts aimed at raising awareness of prevalent social issues and promoting the services offered by Focused Mind Counseling.
• Participate actively in case conferences, team meetings, and professional training sessions to continually improve service delivery.

The Licensed Master Social Worker will primarily support individuals and families facing a range of complex social issues, including but not limited to homelessness, domestic violence, substance abuse, and poverty. Our focus is on empowering clients to navigate their challenges by providing them with the tools, resources, and support they need to achieve their goals.

• Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited program.
• Valid state licensure as a Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW).
• Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of social and economic justice, trauma-informed care practices, and the resources available within the community.
• Exceptional communication skills, with a strong emphasis on cultural competence and sensitivity, essential for effective collaboration with diverse clients.

• A minimum of one year of experience working in a social service agency or a related environment is preferred.
• Prior experience with case management, counseling, or crisis intervention is highly beneficial.
• Knowledge of contemporary practices and methodologies in the field of social work.

The salary range for this LMSW position is between $60,000 and $100,000 annually, reflecting the experience level, and is supplemented with a performance-based bonus structure. Additionally, we offer a competitive benefits package that includes:
