Job Description & Requirements
  • Specialty: Director of Nursing

  • 40 hours per week
  • Shift: 8 hours, days
  • Employment Type: Travel
  • at least 5 years / 60 mos of Interim leadership/progressive leadership experience in hospital / clinical environment [required]
  • EPIC experience [highly preferred]
  • Proficient Microsoft tools
  • MSN / Master of Science in Nursing degree and / or Master's degree in one of the following; nursing, healthcare administration, business or related field [required]
  • experience overseeing/supervising large employer base of FTE, PRN and Temp Contractors [required] ---- (200 employees at a minimum)
  • multi-system / multi-facility / multi-healthcare system experience [required]
  • Large hospital experience; 600+ bed size [highly preferred]
  • experience with finance system, Stratus [preferred]
  • RECENT/CURRENT Level I Trauma Center experience [required]
