Scrum Master/ Project Manager (Electric Utility) - Onsite (Houston, TX)
Required Qualifications

  • 8 10+ years of experience in IT delivery, Project Management, Scrum Master, or Agile delivery roles, preferably within large enterprise environments.
  • Experience supporting Electric Utility environment.
  • Strong hands-on experience facilitating Scrum/Agile delivery for Data Engineering, Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, or operational data teams.
  • Experience working with cross-functional product teams involving business stakeholders, data engineers, architects, developers, and enterprise technology teams.
  • Proficiency with Agile delivery and project management tools such as Azure DevOps, Jira, Confluence, or similar platforms.
  • Excellent facilitation, stakeholder management, communication, risk/dependency management, and conflict-resolution skills.
