Our client focuses on providing financing, insurance and ancillary products for customers who lease or finance cars, and they are working towards creating great experiences throughout their shopping, buying and post-purchase experiences.

Job Description
  • Manageย 2 weeks sprint schedule, planning, commitment process
  • Manage all aspect of project from requirement definition to post implementation support using industry standards and best practices
  • Oversee existing Agile processes and work to mature their delivery
  • Lead Daily scrum among teams
  • Manager and report the progress of projects to management, proactively identifying any project risks and issues and escalating them when appropriate
  • Prepare and publish a status report in intervals throughout the duration of the project
  • Resolve implementation issues to achieve successful release and resolve post-release to ensure a successful stabilization phase
  • Ensure that goals, scope and product domain are understood by Scrum team
Qualifications
  • SIX plus years experience in Project Management for Software Developmentย 
  • 2 plus years of Agile/Scrum experience
  • Demonstrated knowledge and experience with project management methodologies and techniques. Demonstrated past experience with Project Tracking tools, i.e., Planview, Microsoft Project.ย 
  • Demonstrated knowledge and experience with SDLC methodologies. Good understanding of and ability to apply the principles of software design, operational characteristics of systems, networking and testing.ย 
  • Demonstrated knowledge and experience in the following project management knowledge areas: Integration management, Scope management, Time Management. Cost Management, Quality Management, Human Resource Management, Communications Management, Risk Management, Procurement Management and Change Management and Impact Analysis.ย 
  • Must have six plus experience working within a highly technical environment (Microsoft, and .Net a plus).
  • Knowledge of Relational Databases and database applications.
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills are required.ย 
  • Goal oriented and able to work independently (with minimal supervision) and ability to work cooperatively with peers in order to share and enhance technical and project management knowledge.ย 
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing a technical solution in cross-functional team environment.ย 
  • Experience assembling comprehensive software development estimates and budgets.ย 
  • Experience working with business clients and ability to establish and maintain effective business partnership with internal customers in order to fully understand the business requirements and to manage internal client expectations.
  • Leadership qualities and interpersonal skills (both written and verbal).
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in fast-paced environment.ย
