Are you a licensed Missouri Master Plumber looking for more than another service job? This is a unique opportunity to become the Licensed Plumbing Qualifier for a growing residential plumbing company and play a vital role in launching and building a business from the ground up.
As the designated Plumbing Qualifier, you'll provide the license and technical leadership that allows the company to legally operate, obtain permits, and deliver exceptional residential plumbing services throughout St. Louis County.
If you're looking for a long-term opportunity where your experience, leadership, and license truly make an impact, we'd like to meet you.
What You'll Do
  • Serve as the company's Licensed Plumbing Qualifier.
  • Maintain your Missouri Master Plumber License in good standing.
  • Ensure compliance with all state and local plumbing regulations.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to plumbing technicians.
  • Review complex installations, repairs, and code compliance issues.
  • Mentor technicians and help establish quality workmanship standards.
  • Assist with operational procedures, safety initiatives, and training.
  • Partner with leadership to build a successful residential plumbing division.

What We're Looking For
  • Current Missouri Master Plumber License.
  • Eligible to serve as the company's Plumbing Qualifier.
