CGL is a provider of justice facility planning, design, and program management and maintenance solutions to justice facilities and other public facilities throughout the U.S. and internationally. CGL Facility Management, LLC provides comprehensive contract facility maintenance services to commercial clients.
A Brief Overview
CGL Facility Management, LLC provides comprehensive contract facility maintenance services to commercial clients. The Master Plumber (Licensed) will install and oversee all plumbing related functions at the facility.
What you will do
  • Performs master level, skilled plumbing work in the installation, maintenance and repair of plumbing fixtures, water leaks, gas leaks, sanitary and storm lines.
  • Provides technical skills required of a Master licensed plumber for the installation, alteration, maintenance and repair of the plumbing systems and related accessories, to assist with management and operation of the facilities in a cost-effective manner.
  • Assembles, installs, and repairs pipes, valve fittings, grease traps, fixtures of heating, water, and drainage systems according to specifications and plumbing codes.
  • Installs and repairs plumbing fixtures such as sinks, water lines, toilets, showers, commodes, water heaters, hot water tanks, garbage disposals and dishwashers.
  • Completes all documentation required in compliance with CGL's Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS).
  • Conducts preventive and corrective maintenance work orders.
  • Reads blue prints and drawings.
  • Performs all work in accordance with established safety procedures and according to the standards of CGL Facility Management, OSHA, and our clients.
  • Maintains a clean and safe workplace while and after performing grounds keeping tasks.
  • Complete all required compliance, safety and developmental training as assigned.
  • Provides training, oversight, or direction to technicians in unlike skillset on the basics of trade.

Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED Required or
  • 1-3 years commercial plumbing experience. Required and
  • Preventive and corrective maintenance responsibilities; minimum 2 years' maintenance experience in Plumbing for commercial environments. Required
  • Must be a self-starter and motivated.
  • Ability to work in confined spaces is able to work night shifts and be on call when needed.
  • Ability to replace Automatic Sprinkler heads for sprinkler system.
  • Must become familiar with the design and layout of the facility.
  • Must be a team player, have strong work ethic, positive attitude, and desire to succeed while representing our firm with the best possible service to our clients.
  • Reliable and dependable attendance and punctuality are essential for this position.
  • Ability to be on-call for after-hours emergency maintenance on a rotating basis.
  • Requires a self-motivated, team player who can multitask, and prioritize as well as demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills, particularly the ability to interact effectively with our clients.
  • DL NUMBER - Driver's License, Valid and in State Required
  • Licensed Plumber - Master Plumber Required
