Philanthropy Fellowship: Drive Impact, Transform Lives & Advance Our Healing Mission with CommonSpirit Health!

About the Fellowship:
Elevate your career with our immersive 18-month post-graduate program, meticulously designed to cultivate future leaders in philanthropy. This fellowship will specifically focus on developing comprehensive expertise and practical application across all facets of philanthropy. Through a dedicated curriculum, you'll gain hands-on experience and deep understanding spanning grants, operations, prospect research, direct response, engagement strategies, and major gifts. As a successful fellow, you will actively contribute to national senior leadership meetings, offering insightful perspectives and shaping strategic initiatives. This unparalleled exposure and practical experience will prepare you for impactful roles such as a major gift officer or grants analyst, ready to take on significant responsibilities in advancing CommonSpirit Health's mission. This is a remote role, with an opportunity for some in person work depending on where the candidate is based, including Pheonix, Seattle, Denver, Houston, Chatanooga, or California. Anticipated start date July 2027.
