Powder Keg Harley Davidsonis seeking ahighly skilled Harley Davidson Techniciansto join our fast-paced, dealership. This role is ideal for an experienced HD technician with extensive diagnostic and repair experience across multiple powersports brands, including motorcycles, ATVs, UTVs, and personal watercraft.

What You'll Do:
  • Perform maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs on motorcycles, ATVs, UTVs, and watercraft depending on skill level
  • Work with our experienced team to stay efficient, accurate, and safe
  • Follow all OEM procedures using specialized tools and resources (provided by the facility)
  • Keep customers riding safely and confidently by delivering quality work
  • Stay current with training and certifications (paid for by us)
Who We're Looking For:

We're hiring experienced HD techs-if you meet one or more of the criteria below, you could be a great fit:

  • Graduated from MMI or similar program, or have real-world mechanical experience
  • 1+ years working as a technician or strong mechanical aptitude and ready to learn
  • OEM certifications and master tech experience (preferred but not required)
  • Must own a basic set of mechanics tools (comprehensive set of tools preferred)
  • Motorcycle endorsement and clean driving record (required for test rides)
  • Must be able to stand for extended periods of time
  • Must be able to safely push motorcycles weighing up to 850lbs
  • Must be able to safely and efficiently move through the dealership premises-including indoor showrooms, vehicle lots, and service areas-while maintaining awareness of moving vehicles, customer foot traffic, and showroom displays.
  • Must be able to frequently bend, kneel, crouch, and reach to perform job duties.
