  • Lead safety and compliance programs across seven Regional Training Centers supporting driver onboarding, assessment, training, and development
  • Provide leadership and accountability for Area Safety Managers
  • Ensure consistent DOT/FMCSA compliance, including Hours of Service, Driver Qualification requirements, ELD governance, and safety standards
  • Monitor safety and performance trends, identify risks, implement corrective actions, and support audit readiness
  • Drive process standardization, safety training, remedial coaching, and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Analyze compliance and driver performance data
  • Partner with cross-functional stakeholders
  • Serve as a subject matter expert on fleet safety, regulatory compliance, and transportation best practices
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field and 4 yearsโ€™ experience in compliance, ethics, legal, project management, or related area OR 6 yearsโ€™ experience in compliance, ethics, legal, project management, or related area
  • 2 yearsโ€™ supervisory experience
  • 3 yearsโ€™ experience using intermediate functionality of Microsoft Office
  • Demonstrated leadership experience in transportation safety, fleet compliance, or DOT regulatory operations
  • Strong knowledge of FMCSA regulations, including Hours of Service, Driver Qualification requirements, Drug and Alcohol compliance, ELD governance, and CSA performance management
  • Experience leading multi-site safety programs, supporting audits and investigations, and driving corrective actions
  • Proven ability to influence leaders, strengthen accountability, and manage risk in fast-paced environments
  • Strong analytical, communication, and coaching skills
  • Experience in transportation, logistics, or private fleet operations and relevant certifications are preferred
  • Master's in Business Administration, Project Management Professional certification are preferred qualifications
