As our organization continues rapid growth, we are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven HR Associate focused on Talent Acquisition to support aggressive recruitment and team-building initiatives across scientific, business development, and operational functions.

Position Summary

Biocytogen Boston Corp is seeking a motivated, detail-oriented, and organized Human Resources Intern to support our growing HR team. This full-time position provides hands-on experience across multiple HR functions, including recruitment coordination, employee onboarding, training administration, HR operations, and data management.

The ideal candidate is proactive, dependable, and eager to learn. This role offers valuable exposure to human resources practices within a fast-paced biotechnology company and is well-suited for individuals interested in developing a career in HR and people operations.

Job Responsibility:

  • Maintain and organize employee records and HR documentation.
  • Assist with HR data entry, reporting, and database maintenance.
  • Support the implementation and maintenance of HR and training platforms.
  • Organize, update, and upload training materials into the company's learning management system and other internal platforms.
  • Track employee training assignments and completion records.
  • Coordinate interview scheduling and communicate with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
  • Assist with job postings, resume screening, and reference checks.
  • Support new hire onboarding activities and ensure required documentation is completed and processed.
  • Prepare HR-related reports, spreadsheets, and presentations as needed.
  • Provide administrative support for HR projects and daily operations.
  • Maintain effective communication with internal departments and external stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Master's degree completed or currently in progress in Human Resources, Business Administration, Biotechnology, Pharmacology, Life Sciences, or a related field. Candidates with academic backgrounds in biotechnology or pharmaceutical sciences are encouraged to apply.
  • Proficiency in Mandarin Chinese and English.
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
  • Strong time-management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Previous internship, administrative, HR, or project coordination experience is a plus.
