Senior Manager, Revenue Planning What you will do

Let's do this. Let's change the world. Amgen is seeking a Senior Manager, Revenue Planning to support US Business Unit Priority brand, one of our most important growth drivers. This role leads forecasting, analysis, and long-range planning, with visibility to senior leadership and close collaboration across functions.

In this role, you will:

  • Lead quarterly revenue forecasts, weekly sales analysis, and the 10-year Long Range Plan.
  • Provide insights for Quarterly Business Reviews and leadership forums.
  • Use tools such as Anaplan and Hyperion (training available). Partner with Commercial Leadership, including the Brand Lead, to align financial plans with brand strategy.
  • Collaborate with Accounting, Contracts & Pricing (C&P), and Commercial Data & Analytics (CD&A).

Basic Qualifications:

Doctorate degree and 2 years of financial planning, revenue forecasting, or strategic finance experience.

OR

Master's degree and 4 years of financial planning, revenue forecasting, or strategic finance experience.

Bachelor's degree and 6 years of financial planning, revenue forecasting, or strategic finance experience.

OR

Associate's degree and 10 years of financial planning, revenue forecasting, or strategic finance experience.

OR

High school diploma / GED and 12 years of financial planning, revenue forecasting, or strategic finance experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
  • MBA, CPA, or related advanced degree.
  • Biotech, pharma, or healthcare industry experience.
  • Strength in forecasting, modeling, and long-range planning.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Familiarity with Anaplan or Hyperion

The expected annual salary range for this role in the U.S. (excluding Puerto Rico) is posted. Actual salary will vary based on several factors including but not limited to, relevant skills, experience, and qualifications.
