Job description

WAYNE STATE UNIVERSITY LAW SCHOOL seeks to hire an AssistantProfessor of Teaching to begin in Winter 2026. We encourage applications fromoutstanding teachers whose experiencesand perspectives will enrich our community.

The Assistant Professor (Teaching) would serve as aninstructor primarily in courses in the Health Law and/or Corporate Complianceconcentrations within our Master of Studies in Law program, taught online tomid-career professionals, and potentially also in the Minor in Law and B.A. inLaw, taught to undergraduates. Other teaching opportunities may arise in theLaw School's JD curriculum as needed. This is a represented, renewable contractposition with substantial faculty voting rights.
