About the role

TheGlobal Master Data Coordinator plays a critical role in enabling operationalexcellence across Breville's global business. This position is responsible forthe governance, integrity, and lifecycle management of product and master dataacross our enterprise systems.
From SKU creation to product lifecycle transitions, this role ensures that ourdata is structured, accurate, and aligned - supporting everything from productlaunches to supply chain execution and consumer experience. The successfulcandidate combines analytical rigor with systems thinking, understanding howdata flows across ERP, PIM, CRM, and supporting platforms to keep our globaloperations running seamlessly.
This is more than data maintenance - it is about building and sustaining thefoundation that supports a premium global brand.

Keyresponsibilities include:

  • Master Data Governance & Accuracy
    Create, maintain, and govern global product master data and SKUs using PIM system and published across ERP, CRM, and related systems.
    Ensure accuracy, consistency, and completeness of data in alignment with global standards and governance frameworks.
    Define and uphold data naming conventions, attribute structures, and documentation standards.
    Conduct routine audits and proactively resolve discrepancies to maintain high data integrity.
    Support global harmonization initiatives to ensure scalable and consistent data practices across regions.
    Product & SKU Lifecycle Management
    Manage SKU setup, updates, substitutions, supersessions, and deactivations for finished goods and spare parts within the PIM system, maintaining it as the single source of truth and ensuring accurate data flow to all downstream systems.
    Maintain and oversee SKU Product Lifecycle, ensuring alignment from development through end-of-life.
    Coordinate cross-functionally with Product Development tram, Spares team, Service team, Technical Services, and regional teams to ensure product data readiness.
    Proactively communicate potential product availability or master data risks to relevant stakeholders.
    Systems Integration, Performance & ContinuousImprovement
    Understand system logic, data dependencies, and process flows to proactively identify, mitigate, and resolve risks.
    Support system enhancements, testing cycles, and data migration initiatives to ensure data integrity and operational continuity.
    Develop and maintain clear process documentation to enable scalable, efficient, and repeatable master data workflows.
    Drive initiatives that enhance data accuracy, operational efficiency, and overall consumer experience.
    Monitor performance against KPIs and SLAs related to master data creation and maintenance.
    Identify opportunities for automation, optimization, and process improvement.
    Contributeto a culture of accountability, precision, and continuous improvement acrossglobal operations.
