Haelvoet wil de komende jaren stevig investeren in digitale transformatie en automatisering. Master data vormt de strategische brandstof om deze ambitie mogelijk te maken. De mapping ervan zorgt ervoor dat business logica vertaald wordt in configureerbare regels binnen de data en IT architectuur, waardoor processen schaalbaar worden. Dit in een context waar flexibiliteit en klantgerichtheid centraal staan, en de complexiteit ontstaat in de miljoenen mogelijke product combinaties.

De rol van een Master Data Lead is cruciaal omdat deze de brug slaat tussen de abstracte bedrijfsstrategie en de technische uitvoering. De kern van de rol is het beheren van de integriteit en de waarde van het data-asset, met als doel het verzekeren van de digitale continuĂŻteit en schaalbaarheid van Haelvoet.

Taken en verantwoordelijkheden
  • Master Data Architectuur: Je bent de "gatekeeper" van de artikelstamgegevens over de 7 entiteiten heen. Je creĂ«ert niet enkel artikelen, maar je bepaalt de structuur: hoe zetten we parameters (prijzen, gewichten, technische specs) op zodat ze overal bruikbaar zijn?
  • Functioneel beheer configurator: Je programmeert en onderhoudt de business regels in de productconfigurator (IF/THEN/ELSE logica). Je vertaalt R&D-tekeningen naar werkende systeemparameters.
  • Process Flow mapping: Je documenteert de "As-Is" en "To-Be" flows. Je brengt in kaart hoe een order fysiek en administratief door de organisatie reist (van Ingelmunster naar RoemeniĂ« en terug).
  • Brug tussen Business & IT: Je capteert behoeften bij Sales, R&D en Productie en vertaalt deze naar functionele vereisten voor de externe ERP-partner (9 Altitudes).
  • Kwaliteitscontrole & testen: Je valideert nieuwe configuraties vóór ze live gaan. Je begrijpt dat een kleine fout in de broncode van een artikel enorme gevolgen heeft voor de make-to-order productie.
Vereisten
  • Opleidingsniveau: Je beschikt over een Master denkniveau (bijv. Handelsingenieur, Supply Chain, Business Economics of IT) of bent gelijkwaardig door relevante ervaring.
  • Sector ervaring: Je hebt minimaal 5 jaar ervaring in een productieomgeving. Je begrijpt hoe fysieke stromen (hout- en metaalbewerking, assemblage) werken en hoe deze vertaald worden naar een digitaal systeem.
  • Expertise in Master Data & ERP: Je hebt een sterke achtergrond in Master Data Management en Productconfiguratie. Je begrijpt de architectuur van een ERP-pakket (ervaring met Dynamics AX is een troef, maar geen vereiste; de logica erachter is belangrijker).
  • Technische affiniteit: Je hebt een natuurlijke aanleg voor logica en programmatie-principes (IF/THEN). Je bent in staat om technische tekeningen en stuklijsten (BOM’s) te interpreteren.
  • Procesdenken: Je hebt bewezen ervaring in het in kaart brengen van complexe business flows (bijv. intercompany-verkeer, routing-logica).
  • Ownership: Je krijgt de vrijheid om de digitale architectuur van een wereldspeler vanaf de fundering (her)op te bouwen.
  • Strategisch belang: Je bent de "missing link" in de voorbereiding naar een nieuw ERP-tijdperk.
