Job description

The CRM Analyst is a hands-on functional role responsible for the strategy, configuration, and day-to-day operation of Bel Fuse's customer relationship management platforms, with primary focus on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) and ongoing administration of the existing Salesforce CRM environment. This role partners with business leaders across Sales, Customer Service, and Operations to understand end-to-end business processes and translate them into well-designed CRM capabilities that scale across the company's global manufacturing footprint.
A central focus of this position is leading the implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement and the migration of Bel Fuse's Distributor Extranet onto the D365 Sales and Power Pages architecture. The CRM Analyst manages the third-party implementation partner (BDO Digital) through discovery, solution blueprint, configuration, data migration, integration, UAT, training, and go-live, ensuring the delivered solution meets the needs of more than 1,500 distributors and supports the roughly 500,000 annual requests flowing through the Extranet today.
** This role has a hybrid work schedule (3 days on-site, 2 days remote) and can be staffed from any of the following U.S.-based Bel office locations: West Orange, NJ; Lombard, IL; Portland, OR; Wheeling, IL. **
Are You Looking To:
  • Lead the migration of Bel Fuse's Distributor Extranet from the existing custom platform onto the Dynamics 365 Sales and Power Pages architecture, supporting 1,500+ named distributors and approximately 500,000 annual requests.
  • Implement Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) within an organization that has a well-established and mature Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O) platform, ensuring CE design fits the surrounding ecosystem rather than working against it.
  • Drive discovery, solution blueprint, configuration, data migration, integration build, UAT, and go-live workstreams, owning timeline, requirements traceability, and decision points throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Configure D365 Sales and Power Pages including tables, forms, views, security roles, approval workflows (Universal Workflow Accelerator), and the distributor-facing portal experience aligned to Bel Fuse branding and business rules.
  • Act as a strategic bridge between business stakeholders, technical teams, and system integrators, ensuring Dynamics CE is implemented in a way that aligns with existing F&O processes, data models, and governance standards while enabling new capabilities.

Are You Ready To:
  • Define and validate integration patterns between D365 CE and F&O for Accounts, Contacts, Products, Legal Entities, Quotes, and Quote Lines, ensuring data flows and master data ownership are clear, reliable, and auditable.
  • Plan and oversee historical data migration of Opportunities, Quotes, Quote Lines, and master data including Accounts, Contacts, Products, Price Lists, Terms, and Legal Entities into the new Dataverse environment.
  • Coordinate with the F&O technical and functional teams on shared entities, security boundaries, and downstream impacts so that CE-driven processes do not destabilize existing F&O operations across Bel Fuse's business units.
  • Serve as the day-to-day administrator for Bel Fuse's Salesforce CRM environment, owning user setup, profiles, permission sets, sharing rules, and overall security model.
  • Streamline and optimize the Salesforce environment by reviewing existing objects, fields, page layouts, automations, and reports, retiring what is no longer needed and improving what remains.

What You'll Need:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems, Business, Computer Science, or related field; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Experience of 4+ years of hands-on CRM functional experience, including direct involvement in at least one full-cycle CRM implementation from discovery through go-live.
  • Direct experience implementing Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) within an organization that has a well-established and mature Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O) platform is strongly preferred.
  • Working knowledge of Power Pages, Power Apps, Power Automate, and Dataverse, including security model design, environment management, and ALM practices across Dev/UAT/Production.
  • Hands-on Salesforce administration experience, including security model, automation (Flows, validation rules, approval processes), reports and dashboards, and integrations with surrounding systems.

What You'll Get:
  • Compensation range of $90,000 to $113,184. The compensation offered will take into account internal equity and may vary depending on the candidate's geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors
  • Participation in the annual bonus program (or sales incentive plan, whichever is applicable)
  • 401K and company match
  • Medical, Dental, Vision
  • Health Savings Account (HSA)
  • Flexible Spending Account (FSA)
  • Company Life Insurance
  • Short & Long-term disability
  • Paid Time Off (e.g., Vacation Benefits, Company Holidays, Sick Leave Benefits, Personal Days)
  • Pet Insurance
  • Tuition Reimbursement
