A day in the life...
As the Master Data Analyst, you will be part of a centralized team responsible for a broad range of data governance activities related to Material Master, Business Partner, Bill of Materials, Master Recipe, and Sales Order Pricing. The Master Data team supports various internal business units and maintains harmonization of data shared with other companies within the Lindt group.
What you will be doing...
  • Manage the lifecycle of master data records, including creation, maintenance, updates, deactivations, and discontinuations across Material Master, Customer Master, Supplier Master, and Bill of Materials records.
  • Support product and material data governance activities, including merchandising notes, product lifecycle tracking, and material status management for planning and inventory reserve analytics.
  • Coordinate master data workflows with cross-functional business partners, including AP, AR, PPDS, IT, Sales, Marketing, and Operations, to ensure data accuracy and timely completion of requests
  • Maintain and support Master Data templates, SAP interfaces, and data management processes using Winshuttle and related tools.
  • Monitor data workflow performance, track aging requests, troubleshoot bottlenecks, and provide regular status updates to stakeholders.
  • Maintain pricing conditions and pricing lists to support business and commercial operations.

If visiting our manufacturing plants, you will be expected to:
  • Adhere to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) to ensure product quality and maintain compliance with food safety standards.
  • Complete and follow FSQA training and programs to comply with regulatory requirements, ensure consumer safety, and support the plant's food safety and quality objectives.
  • Promptly report and take appropriate action on any observed or potential food safety hazards, process deviations, or non-conformities by notifying the designated plant supervisor, in accordance with your role and responsibilities.
  • Actively contributes to the continuous improvement of the company's Food Safety Culture through engagement and actions aligned with your role.

  • 3+ years of master data experience working within an ERP system.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, Outlook, and Teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to speak, read, and write English fluently, with or without an accommodation.
