The Impact you will have in this role:
Responsible for leading a team of scrum masters/project managers, as well as, ensuring the implementation of project delivery standards, tracking delivery metrics, ensuring the adherence to project governance, and tracking portfolio/project financials (e.g. budget, actuals, and forecasts). This role is focused on the project delivery within the Fixed Income Clearing Corp (FICC) product domain.
Your Primary Responsibilities:
  • Work with scrum masters to ensure squads are operating efficiently and making changes to resolve inefficiencies and remove impediments as needed
  • Coordinate and support software deployments
  • Organize annual portfolio budget planning and Book of Work (BoW) creation
  • Track delivery metrics and align with scrum masters and tech leads on mitigation plans for areas where we are seeing issues
  • Ensure resource plans and time tracking is accurate and up to date
  • Support the management of risks, issues, and dependencies across other functions and departments
  • Provide required reporting for steering committees, Enterprise Program Management Office (EPMO) framework, and operational readiness
  • Support project change control process
  • Ensure new initiative and project setup
  • Ensure portfolio and project finances (budget, actuals, and forecasts) are accurate and understood
  • Align with and support Financial Planning and Analysis and New Initiatives Offices teams
  • Ensure Agile Best Practices are being follow (e.g., JIRA Hygiene, DPO, Dashboard Adoption)
  • Review, align, and communicate project objectives and key results (OKRs)
  • Ensure Squad Metrics are being reported and actions upon.

Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 10 years of related experience
  • Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience
