Job Summary/Description:

Master Control is responsible for ensuring the successful transmission of proper audio and video signals to the stations for both prerecorded and live programming. Operators are required to document discrepancies clearly and concisely and to follow established standard operating procedures.

Monitor multiple playlists for accuracy, execute routine log changes, operate live events, follow contingencies for rejoining programming after overruns (JIP procedures), perform EAS Tests to comply with FCC requirements, append playlists, and coordinate breaking news.  Ingesting and content preparation will also be part of the occasional assignment.

Qualifications/Requirements:

- At least 2-3 years of experience in a Master Control setting or equivalent setting.
- Knowledge of Morpheus and Crispin automation systems is a plus.
- Ability to work various shifts, holidays, and weekends is a must.
