Essential Job functions and Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with and train insureds to reduce claim frequency and injury severity
  • Identify key workplace safety exposures and recommend appropriate corrective actions
  • Deliver effective presentations and customer service to prospective and existing insureds
  • Communicate clearly with insureds, producers, and underwriting, both verbally and in writing
Job Qualifications
  • Bachelorโ€™s degree or equivalent experience. Masterโ€™s degree is preferred.
  • 3 or more years of experience in workersโ€™ compensation safety.
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, judgement, decision-making, time management, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • English & Spanish skills are a strong plus.
  • Valid driverโ€™s license and satisfactory driving record are required.
  • Ability to drive within the assigned territory on a weekly basis.
