Delaware North's Patina Group is hiring a full-time or part-time Concessions Supervisor to join our team at Hencraft at Hub Hall in Boston, Massachusetts. As a Concessions Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading team members to provide exceptional guest service. What will you do?
  • Supervise daily front-of-house and back-of-house operations, ensuring efficient service and food quality
  • Prepare, cook, and assemble menu items according to recipe and presentation standards
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and resolve guest concerns in a professional manner
  • Train, coach, and support team members while fostering a positive, team-oriented work environment
  • Operate and oversee cash handling procedures, POS transactions, balancing drawers, and ensuring accuracy of sales reporting
  • Maintain food safety, sanitation, and cleanliness standards in accordance with company and regulatory requirements
  • Assist with inventory control, product rotation, opening/closing procedures, and shift execution
  • Lead by example in a fast-paced environment while promoting a culture of hospitality, quality, and accountability

More about you
  • Experience working in a restaurant required
  • Minimum of 2 years of supervisory experience preferred
  • Must be able to implement rules and direct employees
  • Ability to anticipate and fulfill guest needs while thriving in a fast-paced environment
  • No college degree required

Physical requirements
  • Constant standing, walking, bending, reaching, and repetitive motions
  • Ability to lift stock to 50 pounds occasionally
  • May be required to work outdoors or in va riable temperatures de pending on the season
