Barbara’s New Beginnings is seeking a compassionate and detail-oriented Bra Fitter / Intimate Apparel Specialist to provide personalized fitting services for clients seeking post-surgical, mastectomy, and specialty bra solutions. This role is centered on helping customers regain confidence, comfort, and proper fit through expert measurement, product knowledge, and supportive one-on-one consultations.

This is a highly customer-focused role requiring empathy, discretion, and strong consultative sales skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct private, one-on-one bra fitting appointments
  • Take accurate band, bust, and post-surgical measurements
  • Fit and recommend mastectomy bras, pocketed bras, prosthetics, and intimate apparel
