Job description

SUMMARY: 

Performs professional and friendly massage services to all guests. Must be VT licensed for massage. Must be willing to work weekends 10 AM-5 PM and Holidays.

Pay: Commission and tips.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTION:

  • Prepares massage room to offer next guest a comfortable, clean, and relaxing space.
  • Greets client in a timely and professional manner.
  • Consults with client to determine his/her needs and expectations.
  • Performs friendly and professional massage.
  • Transacts the sale and consults client about possible future recommendations.
  • Sets future appointment.
  • Communicates effectively with whomever is responsible for scheduling appointments, whether reception desk, hotel operator, or fitness center attendant.
  • Responsible for restocking laundry supplies.
  • Helps out in the fitness center as available.
  • Wears proper uniform and name tag.
  • Maintains a friendly, courteous, and helpful attitude with guests and fellow employees.
