Job Summary


We are seeking a motivated and skilled Fence Installer to join our dynamic construction team. In this role, you will be responsible for installing high-quality fences for residential, commercial, and industrial clients. Your expertise in carpentry, blueprint reading, and construction material handling will ensure each project is completed efficiently, safely, and to the highest standards. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work outdoors on diverse fencing projects while honing your construction skills and delivering exceptional customer service.


Responsibilities

  • Read and interpret construction plans, blueprints, and technical drawings to determine project specifications and layout.
  • Measure, cut, assemble, and install various types of fences using hand tools and power tools with precision.
  • Handle building materials such as wood, metal, concrete posts, and masonry components safely and efficiently.
  • Perform heavy lifting and physical tasks required for fence construction projects while maintaining safety protocols.
  • Use welding techniques where necessary to secure metal fencing components or reinforce structures.
  • Ensure all work complies with safety standards, construction plans, and site-specific safety protocols.
  • Communicate effectively with team members and clients to ensure project requirements are met on time and to client satisfaction.


Requirements

  • Proven experience in general construction work with a focus on fence installation preferred.
  • Basic knowledge of blueprint reading and interpreting technical drawings related to fencing projects.
  • Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and concrete finishing tools.
  • Ability to perform outdoor work in various weather conditions while maintaining safety standards.
  • Physical strength for heavy lifting, climbing ladders, bending, and standing for extended periods.
  • Familiarity with construction site safety protocols, heavy machinery operation, and material handling procedures.
  • Excellent customer service skills to interact professionally with clients during installation processes.
