What is a mask assembler?

Mask assemblers are skilled workers who assemble and manufacture masks, such as protective facial coverings used in healthcare, industrial, or consumer settings. Their responsibilities typically include preparing materials, operating assembly machinery, inspecting finished products, and ensuring that masks meet quality standards. Mask assemblers may work in cleanroom environments to maintain hygiene and product integrity, especially when producing medical-grade masks. Attention to detail, manual dexterity, and adherence to safety protocols are important skills for this job.

What are the key skills and qualifications needed to thrive as a mask assembler?
