About the Role
We are seeking a MarTech AI Solution Architect to help design and deliver next-generation AI-enabled marketing and customer engagement solutions for enterprise clients across Financial Services and other regulated industries.
This role sits at the intersection of Marketing Technology, Artificial Intelligence, Customer Experience, and Enterprise Architecture, helping organizations modernize customer engagement through AI-driven workflows, campaign orchestration, customer decisioning, audience intelligence, and personalization at scale.
The ideal candidate combines deep MarTech expertise with a practical understanding of GenAI, AI agents, automation, and customer engagement platforms.
Key Responsibilities
  • Define AI-enabled MarTech architecture patterns across customer engagement, campaign orchestration, personalization, and marketing operations.
  • Design modern marketing workflows leveraging AI agents, copilots, workflow automation, and decisioning capabilities.
  • Identify opportunities for AI-driven optimization across campaign planning, segmentation, audience activation, content operations, and analytics.
  • Develop architecture blueprints spanning:
    • Customer Data Platforms (CDPs)
    • Campaign management systems
    • Personalization platforms
    • Decisioning engines
    • AI services and workflow automation platforms
  • Assess existing MarTech ecosystems and define modernization strategies and roadmaps.
  • Lead architecture for use cases involving:
    • AI-assisted campaign planning
    • Audience intelligence
    • Real-time personalization
    • Guided recommendations
    • Marketing workflow automation
    • GEO / AI-driven search optimization
    • Marketing measurement and optimization

  • Develop scalable solutions that balance business outcomes, governance, operational efficiency, and long-term maintainability.

Required Qualifications
  • 8+ years of experience in MarTech, Customer Experience, Digital Marketing, or Marketing Technology Architecture.
  • Strong understanding of enterprise marketing ecosystems and customer engagement platforms.
  • Experience in one or more of the following:

For this role, the gross annual base salary range is $150,000 - $175,000/ yearly for a full-time position. Your exact offer will depend on objective, job-related factors - like your experience, skills, and qualifications - in line with our fair pay principles.
