Job description

Location Designation: Hybrid - 3 days per week 

The Martech Delivery Lead is a senior technology leader accountable for end-to-end delivery across Experience and Digital Marketing Initiatives. This role owns the technology strategy, execution, and continuous evolution of integrated MarTech capabilities that power customer acquisition, engagement, and retention.

This leader partners with executive stakeholders across Marketing Ops, Product, and Enterprise Technology to define and execute a multi-year technology roadmap. The role ensures scalable, secure, and compliant solutions that integrate seamlessly across core enterprise systems while delivering exceptional digital experiences in a regulated environment.

Success in this role requires deep marketing technology expertise, strong engineering leadership, Adobe platform experience, and the ability to orchestrate complex, cross-functional delivery at scale.

What You'll Do:

Enterprise Delivery Leadership

  • Lead and develop a high-performing organization of engineers, architects, analysts, and delivery managers across employees and strategic partners.
  • Own the Marketing Technology delivery roadmap, aligning initiatives to strategic business priorities and measurable outcomes.
  • Provide executive-level visibility into delivery progress, risks, dependencies, and investment alignment.
  • Drive predictable execution across multiple workstreams within an Agile Release Train (ART) value stream.
  • Establish operating discipline across planning, estimation, financial management, and governance.

Platform Strategy & Modernization

  • Lead the optimization and evolution of the Adobe ecosystem, including Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), Adobe Campaign, Adobe Target, and Adobe Analytics.
  • Oversee delivery of modern, API-first and event-driven architectures connecting internal platforms and third-party providers.
  • Guide the design and deployment of microservices-based applications and modern front-end experiences integrated with MarTech systems.
  • Champion cloud-native, automation-first engineering practices to improve scalability, resiliency, and speed to market.
  • Drive structured modernization efforts to reduce technical debt and enhance system performance.

Integrated Experience Delivery

  • Oversee integrated solution delivery across Insurance and Investment Management domains.
  • Ensure seamless connectivity with core administration, policy systems, record-keeping platforms, and complex calculation engines.
  • Enable scalable personalization and omnichannel customer journeys across web, mobile, email, SMS/text messaging and agent platforms.
  • Partner with Data and Analytics  teams to support real-time activation and experimentation.

Governance, Risk & Organizational Leadership

  • Ensure all solutions meet enterprise security, compliance, and regulatory standards.
  • Manage cross-team dependencies and vendor relationships to ensure quality and accountability.
  • Coach and mentor engineering and delivery team members to strengthen domain expertise and leadership capability.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and engineering excellence.
  • Translate business strategy into prioritized backlogs and executable plans in partnership with Product leadership.


What You'll Bring:

  • Bachelor's and/or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 15+ years of technology experience, with at least 10 years leading enterprise Marketing Technology or digital platform teams.
  • Proven experience delivering complex, integrated MarTech ecosystems in regulated industries such as Insurance, Financial Services, or Investment Management.
  • Deep experience with Adobe platforms, including:
    • Adobe Experience Manager (AEM)
    • Adobe Campaign
    • Adobe Target
    • Adobe Analytics
  • Strong engineering foundation with hands-on knowledge of:
    • Microservices and cloud-native architectures (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
    • API-driven integration strategies
    • Modern front-end frameworks (React, Next.js, Angular)
    • Data pipelines and real-time marketing activation architectures
  • Experience building scalable personalization and omnichannel marketing solutions.
  • Knowledge of enterprise ecosystems spanning SaaS, PaaS, APIs, legacy systems, and predictive analytics platforms.
  • Experience integrating with record-keeping, policy administration, or complex calculation engines.
  • Strong understanding of Agile delivery models, financial planning, and enterprise technology governance.
  • Demonstrated success leading modernization and legacy transformation initiatives.
  • Executive presence with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive alignment across business and technology.
  • Strong analytical thinking with the ability to balance strategic vision and disciplined execution.

Pay Transparency

Salary Range: $185,000-$264,500 

Overtime eligible: Exempt 

Discretionary bonus eligible: Yes 

Sales bonus eligible: No 

Actual base salary will be determined based on several factors but not limited to individual's experience, skills, qualifications, and job location. Additionally, employees are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. In addition to base salary, employees may also be eligible to participate in an incentive program.
