- Conduct routine inspections to identify maintenance or safety concerns.
- Repair and maintain lighting, appliances, locks, fixtures, and equipment.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, OSHA regulations, and hotel policies.
- Assist with painting, carpentry, drywall, and minor renovation projects.

- Respond to emergency maintenance situations when needed.
