Job Overview
Responsible for engineering solutions for Marketing and Digital Data Platforms Owned Pod to enable personalization and campaign optimization.
Job Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Engineering, or related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in software engineering and data platform development.
  • Strong experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
  • Proficiency in building large-scale, distributed systems and APIs using modern frameworks (e.g., Java, Spring Boot, or equivalent).
  • Strong understanding of data governance, security, and compliance standards.
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills to work across marketing and technology teams.

Job Duties:
  • Design and implement marketing and digital data solutions that support enterprise-scale personalization and analytics.
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and technology teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
  • Ensure compliance with data governance and security standards across all marketing data platforms.
  • Optimize system performance and reliability through proactive monitoring and tuning.
  • Drive modernization initiatives, including cloud migration and automation of data workflows.
  • Mentor engineering teams and promote best practices in coding, testing, and deployment.
