OVERVIEW

The Role

Truly Free Home is looking for an Affiliate, Influencer & Creator Manager to build and run the strategy behind our creator ecosystem. This role owns the relationships with our top-tier affiliates, influencers, and creators end-to-end - from discovery and negotiation through content, whitelisting, and renewal - and turns those partnerships into a repeatable, measurable growth channel.

RESPONSIBILITIES

What You'll Do

  • Own and evolve the affiliate, influencer, and creator marketing strategy in line with brand and revenue goals.
  • Manage the full lifecycle of top-tier affiliates, influencer, and creator partnerships - discovery, outreach, negotiation, onboarding, activation, and renewal.
  • Serve as the primary relationship owner for top-tier creators, ensuring clear communication, timely payment, and mutual growth.
  • Lead whitelisting strategy - securing and managing partnership/branded-content ad permissions (e.g., Meta Partnership Ads, TikTok Spark Ads) and creator ad-account access.
  • Partner with the paid social/media buying team to identify top-performing organic creator content to whitelist and scale as paid media.
  • Negotiate contracts, commission structures, usage rights, and exclusivity terms with affiliates, influencers, and creators.
  • Track and report on program performance - CAC, ROAS, EMV, conversion rate, and downstream retention impact - and use the data to steer strategy.
  • Manage affiliate tracking platforms and networks, keeping partner rosters, commissions, and reporting current.
  • Design and refine tiering and incentive structures that reward and retain top performers.
  • Collaborate with content, creative, and brand teams to keep creator output aligned with brand voice and compliant with guidelines.
  • Stay current on platform policy and disclosure requirements (FTC guidelines, platform whitelisting terms) and ensure the program stays compliant.
  • Continuously identify and onboard new creator partners to diversify and grow the pipeline.

QUALIFICATIONS

What You Bring

REQUIRED

3+ years in affiliate, influencer, or creator marketing, ideally within DTC or e-commerce.

Working knowledge of whitelisting / branded-content ad strategy (Meta Partnership Ads, TikTok Spark Ads, or equivalent).

Track record negotiating contracts and managing relationships with top-tier talent.

Comfort with affiliate platforms, tracking tools, and performance reporting.

Strong relationship management, negotiation, and communication skills.

PREFERRED

Experience in subscription or DTC consumer products.

Familiarity with affiliate network platforms (e.g., Impact, Levanta, ShareASale).

Experience working cross-functionally with paid social or media buying teams.

An existing network of creator and talent relationships.
