Job description

The O’Gara Group’s Training and Services Division, is soliciting Combat Skills
Instructor (CSI) candidates to support U.S. Navy Expeditionary Combat Command (NECC) components
in the application and employment of force combatives and irregular warfare (IW) training requirements.

Locations: Instructors will be positioned in San Diego, CA for Explosive Ordnance Disposal Training
and Evaluation Unit (EODTEU) ONE located aboard Naval Base Annex Point Loma, Point Loma, CA.

Travel: There is limited travel to CA training sites and mobile training team (MTT) deployments to
China Lake, CA, Hawaii and Guam.

Resume Closing Date: May 12, 2023

Period-of-Performance: Present until February 15, 2024, with possible 5 year follow-on contract.
Multiple NECC Positions Descriptions: Combat Skills Instructors (CSIs) will plan, manage, instruct,
and assess formal U.S. NECC expeditionary and sustainment tactics, techniques and procedures (TTP) in
accordance with established and approved Programs of Instruction (POIs).

 Expeditionary Small Arms Marksmanship Instructor (SAMI) course (or equivalent with
documentation, SEAL, SF, USMC, USAF, etc.)
 NEC 9502 Instructor Training or other service equivalent

Preferred:
 Range Safety Officer (RSO) qualification
 NECC Crew Served Weapons Operations and Maintenance (OM) and Instructor qualification
Compensation: There are multiple positions available. These will be filled by qualified fulltime
employees (FTE). O’Gara offers a competitive benefits package. Pay is competitive and commensurate
