Summary: The Commingle Warehouse Associate is responsible for preparing, processing, and combining mail from multiple clients or mail streams to maximize postal discounts and ensure efficient mail distribution. This role operates mailing equipment, verifies mailing data, maintains quality standards, and ensures all mail is prepared according to USPS regulations and company procedures.
Schedule:
  • 1st Shift : Thursday to Sunday: 6:00 am - 4:00 pm
  • 2nd Shift: Thursday to Sunday: 6:00 pm - 4:00 am
Responsibilities:
  • Operate commingling and mail-processing equipment to combine mail from multiple jobs and clients.
  • Review production schedules and prioritize work to meet mailing deadlines.
  • Verify mail pieces, counts, tray labels, pallet labels, and mailing documentation for accuracy.
  • Prepare mail for USPS entry, including sorting, traying, sleeving, banding, and palletizing.
  • Monitor machine performance and troubleshoot minor operational issues.
  • Perform quality checks to ensure proper mail sequencing, barcoding, addressing, and postal compliance.
  • Maintain accurate production records and mailing reports.
  • Coordinate with data processing, production, and postal affairs teams to ensure smooth workflow.
  • Follow USPS regulations, postal requirements, and company operating procedures.
  • Assist with mail reconciliation and verification of production counts.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
  • Participate in preventive maintenance activities and report equipment issues promptly.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives to increase efficiency and reduce postage costs.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Spanish speaking or bilingual
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with production software.
  • Strong attention to detail and quality control.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly.
  • Frequent bending, reaching, pushing, and pulling.
