Job description

Marketing & Sales Professional – Manufacturing & Agriculture

We are seeking a motivated, experienced Marketing & Sales Professional to help grow our manufacturing and agricultural parts business. The ideal candidate has a strong background in B2B sales, preferably with experience in the manufacturing, machining, agricultural equipment, or agricultural parts industries.

This position will focus on developing new customers, strengthening relationships with existing accounts, and expanding our presence within the agricultural and manufacturing markets. We are looking for someone who is comfortable prospecting, making outbound calls, visiting customers, following up on leads and quotes, and developing long-term business relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new B2B customers and sales opportunities
  • Prospect agricultural dealers, equipment manufacturers, distributors, repair facilities, farms, and other potential customers
  • Make outbound calls and follow up with prospective customers
  • Maintain and grow relationships with existing accounts
  • Follow up on quotes, leads, and customer inquiries
  • Visit customers and prospects when appropriate
  • Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to increase revenue
  • Promote our manufacturing capabilities and agricultural products
  • Research new markets, customers, and product opportunities
  • Maintain an organized sales pipeline and track follow-up activity
  • Work directly with management to identify growth opportunities

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous sales and/or marketing experience
  • Experience in manufacturing, agriculture, agricultural equipment, industrial products, machining, or related industries strongly preferred
  • Strong B2B sales and relationship-building skills
  • Comfortable with cold calling and developing new accounts
  • Excellent communication and follow-up skills
  • Self-motivated and capable of working independently
  • Basic understanding of mechanical products, equipment, or manufactured components is a plus
  • Existing relationships within the agricultural or manufacturing industries are a major plus

What We're Looking For

We are looking for more than an order taker. We want someone who is proactive, persistent, and genuinely interested in growing sales. The right person should be comfortable finding new opportunities, getting in front of customers, and building relationships that turn into long-term accounts.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced salesperson who understands the manufacturing or agricultural industries and wants to play an important role in growing an established business.
