Over the course of the program, associates gain hands-on experience in areas such as digital marketing, market research, brand management, and product marketing. This rotational structure helps associates develop a broad understanding of the marketing field, build a diverse skillset, and identify their preferred career path within the organization. Companies often use these programs to train and identify future marketing leaders. Rotational programs typically last from one to two years.

You'll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams like sales, creative, and analytics, which helps you build a strong professional network and gain insight into how each department supports overall business goals. The Position

2027 Accelerated Development Program Associate

Roche is a global leader in pharmaceuticals and diagnostics focused on advancing science to improve people's lives. The combined strengths of pharmaceuticals and diagnostics under one roof have made Roche the leader in personalized healthcare - a strategy that aims to fit the right treatment to each patient in the best way possible. Roche is the world's largest biotech company that focuses on diseases with high medical needs, such as cardiometabolic, sexual health, respiratory, infectious diseases, oncology and Alzheimer's disease. At Roche, we believe the best solutions come by gaining different perspectives, asking and answering hard questions and challenging the status quo to develop small ideas and achieve big wins in innovation. Our success in creating a truly diverse and inclusive workplace will directly impact our ability to deliver on our purpose of "Doing Now What Patients Need Next."

Associates follow defined paths to tackle real-world challenges and core business projects under the direct supervision of department experts, ensuring every experience delivers both critical business value and targeted professional growth. Supported by a robust network of mentors and leaders, ADP Associates gain unparalleled organizational exposure and a comprehensive understanding of our commercial operations.

Program Highlights:

  • Professional Development: A comprehensive, shared business and personal development curriculum throughout the program.

  • Network: Consistent 1:1 mentorship, executive sponsorship and substantive opportunities to interact with senior leaders and real-life business scenarios.

  • Future Placement: During their final rotation, ADP Professionals may apply for any open positions at Roche for which they are qualified to seek full-time employment with Roche at the conclusion of the program.

  • Full-Time Benefits: ADP Associates are full-time, at-will Roche employees with complete benefit packages, including comprehensive healthcare, 401K with company match, etc.

  • Timeline: Program start date in July 2027.

  • Mobility & Eligibility: Must be eligible to work in the U.S. without Roche visa sponsorship, and must be fully geographically mobile (willing to travel and relocate nationwide upon program completion).

  • Core Competencies: Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills; strong organizational and analytical capabilities with a proven ability to manage multiple priorities and projects.

  • Leadership Capabilities: Ability to exercise independent judgment and demonstrate strong leadership potential. Leadership roles within student organizations or athletic teams are a strong plus.

  • Cultural Alignment: Compliments and enhances our culture, embodying the core standards that guide our daily behavior and decisions: Integrity, Courage, and Passion.
