Procurement Buyer

The Role: We are seeking a Procurement Buyer to support our fast-growing global organization. In this role, you will own thepurchasing lifecyclefor indirect spend, driving operational excellence while ensuring speed, accuracy, and compliance. You'll work cross-functionally with teams across the business (Legal, InfoSec, Tax, AP) and play a critical role in enabling efficient, scalable procurement operations. You'll join a team that operates with a strong sense of ownership, urgency, and attention to detail-working together to support the business while continuously improving how we procure and manage vendors.

We are seeking candidates based out of or nearour offices in Raleigh, North Carolina or Miami, Florida (Brickell).

The Requirements:

  • Up to 4 years of experience in procurement, purchasing, or a related operational role.
  • Strong analytical skills, including the ability to evaluate Total Cost of Ownership (TCO).
  • Experience working with SaaS, AI, Marketing domain.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

The Preferred Qualifications:

  • Sharp, fast-thinking individual with a strong execution-oriented mindset
  • Experience in a high-growth technology or cybersecurity environment
  • Working knowledge of contract lifecycle processes and vendor negotiations

The Responsibilities:

  • Manage transactional and mid-tier purchasing across technology needs - SaaS, AI tools, Marketing- events, activities and sponsorships.
  • Execute high-volume procurement requests while maintaining accuracy and compliance with internal policies.
  • Partner closely with Finance, Legal, Security and tax to accelerate approvals and remove bottlenecks.
  • Serve as a key point of contact between stakeholders and vendors throughout the procurement cycle.
  • Manage vendor negotiation, track vendor performance, ensure timely fulfillment, and support renewal processes.
  • Identify opportunities to improve procurement workflows, efficiency, and cost visibility.
