LiveMe is looking for a Content Marketing and Operation Manager to join its fast-growing US team. The Content & Talent Operations Associate will be responsible for researching, collecting, analyzing and reporting performance and data of existing broadcasters, identifying the right content to be presented on the platform, executing broadcaster / talent / content events, liaising with overseas colleagues and partners, and assisting with as-needed assignments to support the U.S. team.


What you will be doing...

  • Develop and publish monthly content operation report to show marketing progress against KPIs, campaign performance and campaign planning status
  • Responsible for planning, development and management of content to achieve key goals
  • Identify and manage existing and new content creators from different platforms
  • Activate content partnership resources and lead influencer content campaigns and activations
  • Implement operation strategy for community growth
  • Provide inspired leadership for the content team
  • Liaise with overseas teams and partners


What we are looking for...

  • Bachelor's degree in Communications or related field is preferred
  • Experience in content campaign / marketing and management
  • Understanding of content operation and a strategic thinker about strategy
  • Solid understanding of financial management and data analytics
  • Passionate about livestreaming, social media, and new technologies. Prior experience as a broadcaster preferred
  • Detail oriented and highly organized
  • Ability to interact with broadcasters, colleagues, and business partners in a polished and professional demeanor
  • Seamlessly optimize global time zone differences to maximize efficiency and results
  • Bilingual in Mandarin Chinese and English
