Overview
Integrity is seeking an experienced Marketing Manager, Enterprise Marketing to support high-impact, enterprise-level marketing initiatives that require advanced strategic thinking, exemplary execution discipline, and exceptional communication skills. This role is designed for a Marketing Manager who can architect end-to-end strategies, translate ambiguity into clear plans, and guide complex initiatives from concept through execution.
This individual will play a critical role in shaping enterprise marketing strategy, designing executable frameworks, and orchestrating cross-functional resources at the right moments to deliver results. A strong problem-solver by nature, the Marketing Manager will be expected to navigate evolving priorities with confidence, make informed decisions quickly, and move initiatives forward with professionalism, agility, and sound judgment.
This position is open to candidates based in Salt Lake City, UT or Dallas, TX and will partner closely with senior stakeholders, marketing leaders, and cross-functional teams across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
Enterprise Strategy & Marketing Leadership
  • Support the development of enterprise-wide marketing strategies that align business objectives, audience insights, and organizational priorities.
  • Translate complex business challenges into structured marketing approaches, clear strategic recommendations, and actionable plans.
  • Create clarity and alignment in ambiguous situations by defining the problem, evaluating options, and recommending a strong path forward.
  • Serve as a thought partner to senior stakeholders, proactively identifying risks, opportunities, and optimization paths.

Execution Engineering & Program Orchestration
  • Architect execution strategies that define what needs to be done, how it will be delivered, who is needed, and when collaboration or decision-making is required.
  • Build comprehensive execution roadmaps, including phased rollouts, workstreams, timelines, resource dependencies, and program structures.
  • Support complex, multi-channel initiatives across creative, brand, communications, product marketing, sales enablement, and executive stakeholders.
  • Anticipate execution challenges and proactively adjust plans to maintain momentum and outcomes.

Advanced Presentation Development & Visual Storytelling
  • Design and build executive-ready PowerPoint presentations that communicate strategy, insights, progress, and recommendations with clarity and visual precision.
  • Ability to apply advanced PowerPoint capabilities, including slide architecture, visual hierarchy, layouts, master slides, charts, diagrams, and storytelling frameworks.
  • Translate complex concepts into compelling narratives supported by thoughtful design and structured messaging.
  • Ensure all presentations meet a high standard of polish, consistency, and professionalism.

Problem Solving & Decision Support
  • Ability to handle complex problem-solving efforts by rapidly assessing constraints, synthesizing information, and developing pragmatic solutions.
  • Make sound decisions in fast-moving environments, balancing strategy, urgency, and available resources.
  • Adjust plans quickly when priorities shift while preserving strategic intent and quality of execution.

Cross-Functional Leadership & Stakeholder Management
  • Direct cross-functional working teams through planning, execution, and delivery phases of enterprise initiatives.
  • Facilitate alignment through working sessions, leadership updates, and structured decision forums.
  • Maintain strong relationships with leadership by communicating clearly, managing expectations, and delivering consistent results.
  • Ensure message coherence, brand alignment, and enterprise standards across all initiatives.

Measurement, Insights & Optimization
  • Define success metrics and evaluation frameworks tied to business outcomes.
  • Review performance data, synthesize insights, and deliver post-initiative recommendations.
  • Apply learnings to improve future enterprise marketing strategies and execution models.

Qualifications
Required
  • 5+ years of experience in marketing, marketing strategy, program leadership, product marketing, or a closely related field.
  • Proven ability to lead enterprise-scale initiatives requiring strategic planning and complex execution.
  • Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint, with demonstrated experience designing and building executive-level presentations.
  • Strong strategic thinking skills with the ability to translate ambiguity into structured, executable plans.
  • Demonstrated strength in problem solving, decision-making, and navigating shifting priorities.
  • Extensive experience working in matrixed, cross-functional corporate environments.
  • Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to influence and align stakeholders.

Preferred
  • Experience in B2B or enterprise environments such as healthcare, insurance, financial services, technology, or professional services.
  • Background in marketing operations, strategic planning, consulting, or agency environments.
