McLean Dermatology & Skincare Center is seeking a creative and driven Digital Marketing & Content Intern to support our growing brand. This is an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience and make a meaningful impact on a fast-moving company in the skincare industry.

This role is ideal for someone passionate about digital storytelling, social media trends, and content creation. Candidates should have experience with video editing and basic photography, along with a strong understanding of how audiences engage across platforms.

Position Type: On-Site / Full-time or Part-time (flexible hours)

About the Role

As a Digital Marketing & Content Intern, you will support a variety of marketing initiatives with a focus on content creation, social media strategy, and performance tracking. You'll play a key role in shaping how our company connects with its audience online.

You are a self-starter who understands that content should be tailored by platformwhat works on TikTok may not work on Instagramand you're excited to experiment with new ideas to grow engagement and brand awareness.

Responsibilities

  • Create engaging content including photography, short-form video (Reels/TikTok), and graphics
  • Plan and manage social media posting schedules and write compelling captions
  • Post daily content and engage with followers by responding to comments and messages
  • Assist in developing and executing social media and digital marketing campaigns
  • Monitor social media trends and identify opportunities to elevate the brand
  • Support SEO/SEM initiatives and analyze performance metrics
  • Track engagement, growth, and campaign performance; prepare reports and insights
  • Coordinate content with the marketing calendar and ensure consistent brand messaging
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align digital content with broader marketing goals
  • Assist with email and web analytics to evaluate marketing effectiveness
  • Pitch creative content ideas and help bring them to life
  • Conduct image research and assist in updating visual assets
