Dans ce role, vous serez responsable de developper et de mettre en uvre des strategies marketing B2B, des communications destinees a la clientele, des outils de soutien aux ventes ainsi que des programmes marketing favorisant l'engagement de la clientele et la croissance de l'entreprise.

Relevant de l'equipe Marketing, vous collaborerez etroitement avec les responsables d'affaires et divers partenaires interfonctionnels afin de creer du contenu marketing percutant, de renforcer la position de McKesson sur le marche et d'offrir des experiences client a forte valeur ajoutee.

  • Elaborer et mettre en uvre des initiatives de marketing B2B alignees sur les objectifs commerciaux et les priorites de l'entreprise.

  • Gerer plusieurs projets simultanement en respectant les delais, les attentes des parties prenantes et les normes de qualite etablies.

  • Veiller a ce que tout le materiel marketing soit conforme aux lignes directrices de la marque, aux exigences reglementaires et aux processus d'approbation internes.

  • Mesurer l'efficacite des programmes marketing et recommander des pistes d'amelioration afin d'accroitre l'engagement de la clientele et les retombees d'affaires.

  • Agir a titre de conseiller(ere) de confiance en marketing aupres des parties prenantes internes de plusieurs unites d'affaire.

Exigences de base :
  • Baccalaureat en marketing, en communications, en administration des affaires ou dans un domaine connexe, ou experience equivalente.

  • Au moins cinq ans d'experience en marketing B2B, en marketing des soins de sante, en marketing pharmaceutique, en communications avec la clientele, en marketing de produits ou dans un domaine connexe.

  • Experience au sein du secteur de la sante, de l'industrie pharmaceutique, de la sante specialisee, de la distribution medicale ou d'autres secteurs reglementes comparables.

  • Experience dans le developpement de campagnes marketing, de communications destinees a la clientele, de presentations et d'outils de soutien aux ventes.

  • Experience dans la gestion simultanee de plusieurs projets et priorites marketing.

  • Excellentes competences en communication, ecrit et l'oral.

  • Experience de collaboration avec des parties prenantes provenant de differentes fonctions au sein des equipes d'affaires et commerciales.

Atouts :
  • Experience en soutien au marketing commercial, aux lancements de produits ou aux initiatives de croissance.

About the Role (Job Summary):

McKesson Canada is seeking a Marketing Manager to support our Specialty Health, Pharmaceutical Distribution, and Product Strategy & Supplier Partnerships (PSSP) businesses. In this role, you will develop and execute B2B marketing strategies, customer communications, sales enablement tools, and marketing programs that drive customer engagement and support business growth.

Reporting to the Marketing team, you will collaborate closely with business leaders and cross-functional partners to create compelling marketing content, strengthen McKesson's market position, and deliver impactful customer experiences. This role is ideal for a highly organized marketing professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can successfully manage multiple priorities.

What You'll Do (Responsibilities):

  • Develop and execute B2B marketing initiatives aligned with commercial objectives and business priorities.

  • Create customer-facing communications, presentations, sales enablement materials, marketing collateral, and promotional content.

  • Support the development of value propositions, positioning, and messaging for products, services, and solutions.

  • Partner with commercial, sales, operations, communications, and creative teams to deliver integrated marketing programs.

  • Plan and support customer events, meetings, conferences, and trade shows, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and brand standards.

  • Conduct market and competitive research to identify trends, opportunities, and insights that inform marketing strategies and campaigns.

  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timelines, stakeholder expectations, and quality standards are achieved.

  • Ensure all marketing materials comply with brand guidelines, regulatory requirements, and internal approval processes.

  • Monitor marketing program effectiveness and recommend opportunities to improve customer engagement and business impact.

  • Act as a trusted marketing advisor to internal stakeholders across multiple business units.

Basic Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience.

  • 5+ years of experience in B2B marketing, healthcare marketing, pharmaceutical marketing, customer communications, product marketing, or a related field.

  • Experience within healthcare, pharmaceutical, specialty health, medical distribution, or related regulated industries.

  • Experience developing marketing campaigns, customer communications, presentations, and sales enablement materials.

  • Experience managing multiple marketing projects and priorities simultaneously.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders across business and commercial teams.

Preferred Skills/Experience:

  • Experience supporting commercial marketing, product launches, or growth initiatives.

  • Experience planning and executing conferences, trade shows, and customer events.

  • Strong understanding of market research, customer segmentation, and value proposition development.

  • Experience working with marketing automation, CRM, or digital marketing platforms.

  • Bilingualism (English/French).
