Summary of Role

We are seeking aMarketing Associateto support our Marketing & Communications team by delivering highquality, executional support across a range of initiatives. This entrylevel role is designed for an organized, detailoriented professional who thrives in a collaborative, fastpaced environment and is eager to build foundational marketing skills.

The Marketing Associate plays an important role in helping the team respond quickly to business needs while maintaining consistency, quality, and brand standards.

Essential Job Functions/Responsibilities
  • Develop, edit, and formatPowerPoint presentations and pitch decksfor internal and external audiences

  • Providevideo production support, including basic editing, formatting, and resizing

  • Create and update presentation, event, and meeting materials on tight timelines

  • Support marketing initiatives with production, coordination, and administrative assistance

  • Collaborate with internal partners to ensure timely and accurate delivery of materials

Minimum Job Qualifications
  • Strong proficiency in PowerPoint and presentation development

  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Collaborative mindset and willingness to support a variety of projects

Preferred Qualifications

Starting Compensation: $20.68-$28.96/hr. plus a competitive benefits package.
