JOB DESCRIPTION AND POSITION REQUIREMENTS
The Marketing Department and Professor Lapa are seeking a research assistant (RA) to support a research project on sustainable marketing strategy involving Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) initiatives and performance.
Job duties to include:
  • Work up to 15 hours per week from October to December, and will collaborate with Dr. Lapa and his coauthors on the project
  • Work in collaboration with the author team and attend project meetings
  • Review and synthesize relevant marketing literature

Requirements, qualifications, and/or competencies:
  • Looking for a current Penn State graduate student with interest and experience in marketing strategy research.
  • Advanced statistical analysis skills, demonstrated through graduate level courses on methods and analysis, or through previous academic work
  • Ability to clean, organize, and process structured and unstructured datasets from large databases
