Cummins is seeking a creative, detail-oriented Marketing Co-op to support the Aftermarket Product Marketing team within Cummins Drivetrain and Braking Systems during the summer semester in Florence, KY. The role partners closely with the Senior Product Marketing Manager and cross-functional teams to support daily marketing initiatives, digital campaigns, product marketing content, and event coordination. This position offers hands-on experience through meaningful projects, administrative support, and exposure to industry tools while contributing to impactful aftermarket marketing efforts.

To be successful in this role you will need the following:

  • Strong collaboration and communication skills to work effectively with the Sr. Product Marketing Manager and crossfunctional teams while responding professionally to sales and customer requests.
  • Detail-oriented project and time management abilities to track marketing budgets, timelines, promotional programs, and multiple open projects without missing deadlines.
  • Creative and proactive mindset to contribute meaningful ideas and develop engaging product marketing materials such as brochures, eblasts, and digital content.
  • Technical and digital marketing readiness with comfort using Microsoft Office, interest in HTML, and willingness to learn tools like Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Knack, and Adobe design software.
  • Self-motivation and accountability to manage administrative and special marketing assignments independently while balancing a minimum 20-hour weekly commitment during the co-op.
