All About Personnel (AAP Staff) is looking for an ambitious, outgoing Business Development Associates to help us grow our client base in manufacturing, logistics, and distribution.

No staffing experience required. We’ll train you. We’re looking for someone who is confident, competitive, coachable, and isn't afraid to start conversations and go after new business.

What You’ll Do

  • Find and connect with potential new clients.
  • Prospect through phone, email, LinkedIn, networking, and in-person visits.
  • Schedule meetings with business decision-makers.
  • Learn how to identify hiring challenges and present staffing solutions.
  • Build relationships and develop your own client base.
  • Partner with recruiting and operations to deliver great service.
  • Track leads, follow-ups, and opportunities in our CRM.

What We’re Looking For

  • Outgoing, confident, and comfortable talking to new people.
  • Self-motivated with a competitive mindset.
  • Strong communication and follow-through.
  • Coachable and eager to learn.
  • Comfortable prospecting and hearing “no” without giving up.
  • Valid driver's license and ability to travel locally.
