Job description

Overview: The Emerging Leaders Program exists to establish mature, life-long spiritual laborers and business leaders by developing life and leadership skills through business experiences, community development, ministry preparation and spiritual growth. We offer an up-to-3-year position in business, marketing, sales, maintenance, or customer experience that combines real-world business experience with life-changing ministry so that you're fully equipped to continue Kingdom impact no matter where you end up in the future. Qualifications:
  • a personal relationship and active walk with Jesus
  • a completed Bachelor's degree (Associate degrees will be considered) a willingness to serve wherever is needed
  • a willingness to raise $40,000 to cover salary, ministry expense, and administration costs (coaching and support provided)
  • a desire to learn and grow spiritually, emotionally, relationally, and professionally
