We are currently seeking a Market Research Analystwho will be responsible for identifying and quantifying growth opportunities for Amphenol RF by analyzing emerging markets, applications, technologies, and customer targets that drive RF content in end devices. This role supports business development and product marketing strategy through market mapping, lead analysis, target account development, strategic market sizing, and development of market-facing content that strengthens Amphenol RF’s credibility across key industries and applications.

This position will workclosely with business development, product marketing, and regional sales teams, the Market Research Analyst transforms market data into actionable insight. The role helps prioritize where to compete by identifying high-potential customers, qualifying leads from multiple channels, developing TAM, SAM, and CAGR models for key markets, and creating content that supports Amphenol RF’s presence in markets and applications where RF interconnect solutions are used.

Responsibilities
  • Research emerging markets, applications, and technologies relevant to RF interconnect and cable assembly products.
  • Map RF content opportunity within end devices and identify where increasing connectivity requirements create growth potential.
  • Develop and maintain target account lists and key contact databases for strategic growth markets.
  • Consolidate and evaluate leads from website activity, trade shows, advertising programs, and third-party sources.
  • Qualify and prioritize leads, highlighting the most promising opportunities for regional sales teams.
  • Assign and distribute leads by region and sales territory.
  • Support sales teams with account profiling, customer analysis, and identification of similar target accounts.
  • Build TAM, SAM, and CAGR models for current and prospective target markets.
  • Use Excel, AI tools, internal data, and external market reports to estimate market size and opportunity for RF interconnect and cable assembly applications.
  • Develop presentations, reports, and training materials to communicate market insights and strategic recommendations internally.
  • Develop market-informed website content that improves Amphenol RF’s visibility and credibility in key markets and applications where RF products are used.
  • Apply market knowledge to help position the company as a knowledgeable and trusted supplier across target industries and end‑use applications.
  • Support strategy development by providing quantitative and qualitative market analysis for existing and emerging business opportunities.
  • Provide market focused training to internal team members
  • Ability to travel (up to 10%)
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, Engineering, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of relevant experience in market research, business analysis, product marketing, sales support, or content development.
  • Strong proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Microsoft Office applications.
