Sumo Medical Staffing is recruiting an experienced physician in Family Medicine, (NP/PA) Locums needed in Salem OR. The team is anticipating starting 8/3/2026, will expedite credentialing. The role offers a competitive market rate and Locums benefit.


50998– Family Medicine (NP/PA) Locum Role:

·      Coverage: M-F. 8-5p

·      Commitment: Must be willing to see patience 2 years and older & 20-22 patients per day.

·      EMR: EPIC Must have recent EPIC experience

·      Travel: Milage (only)


Requirements of the Family Medicine Role: 

·      OR state license: active, unrestricted (in-hand).

·      Board Certified (Board Eligible within 5 years of training)

·      DEA,

·      Covid Vaccination - required

·      CV (MM/YYYY, 30+day gaps explained – work and education)
