Role Summary
As a Market Operations Coordinator at Peregrine Health, you will be the logistical backbone of our partner operations. In this critical role, you will work closely with patients, providers, and cross-functional teammates to ensure care is delivered efficiently and on time. Additionally, you'll manage provider panels through appointment scheduling for behavioral health visits across our customer sites, ensure patients are staying on cadence, and optimize provider calendars for maximum clinical impact. . You will also support patients and providers through the effective use of technology to enhance care delivery, while fostering seamless communication with providers and client clinics to ensure a positive and coordinated care experience.
Key Responsibilities
  • Own the end-to-end visit scheduling process, including initial bookings, rescheduling, and cancellations for behavioral health appointments across our partner sites.
  • Coordinate follow-up visits and referrals, ensuring timely continuity of care and clear communication with partner organizations.
  • Serve as the central point of contact for appointment logistics - confirming visits, resolving scheduling conflicts, and keeping all stakeholders aligned.
  • Support panel management by monitoring patient visit cadence and proactively flagging gaps in care.
  • Maintain and manage provider calendars, working to optimize appointment blocks, reduce downtime, and align schedules with patient demand and site needs.
  • Demonstrate proficiency with technology and assist patients and providers in utilizing digital tools, platforms, and resources to optimize the care experience.
  • Foster strong communication and collaboration with providers and client clinic sites to support care coordination, patient engagement, and operational excellence.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with operations and clinical leadership to anticipate and solve logistical challenges.

What You Bring
  • 2+ years of experience in a healthcare operations, scheduling, or administrative support role (telehealth or behavioral health experience a plus).
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage a high volume of tasks and communications.
  • Excellent communication skills - professional, empathetic, and clear with patients, providers, and internal teams.
  • Comfort with technology; experience using scheduling tools, EHRs, or CRM systems preferred.
  • A problem-solving mindset and a calm, solutions-oriented approach to managing last-minute changes or conflicts.
  • A mission-driven attitude and a desire to make a meaningful difference in behavioral health access and delivery.
