Job description


BAE Systems is seeking a motivated, self-driven Logistics Analyst for an exciting opportunity to perform desktop technical data research and analysis to verify and resolve aircraft data configuration discrepancies in current Air Force Technical Orders. Duties involve research using various government data systems, engineering drawings packages, and Time Compliance Technical Orders (TCTOs).
Additional responsibilities include -
  • Gathers data from various DOD and USAF government systems
  • Populate Excel spreadsheets with verified information to resolve part data gaps and errors
  • Cross-reference data sources to ensure accuracy and completeness
  • Update TO figures using Adobe Acrobat and related programs
  • Maintain records and files of work and revisions
  • Monitor status and progress of work to ensure accuracy, timelines and quality
  • Maintain individual responsibility for assignment progress, follow up and deliveries

Required Skills and Education
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Minimum 6 years of experience
  • Proficiency with Excel and Adobe applications
  • Detail oriented work experience (accuracy, diligence and initiative)
