We are currently seeking a Senior All-Source Intelligence Analyst to join our team in Houston, Texas (US-TX), United States (US).

Job Summary: 

The newly established task forces represent a coordinated national response to the growing threat posed by transnational criminal organizations, human smuggling networks, and foreign terrorist organizations operating across U.S. borders. Created under recent executive direction, these task forces work to dismantle criminal networks, disrupt global supply chains, and prevent the movement of illicit goods—particularly synthetic drugs—into the country. Their mission requires close collaboration across multiple government entities, real‑time intelligence sharing, bulk data analysis, and integrated operational planning. The task forces conduct global interdiction efforts, develop supply‑chain intelligence dashboards, and rely on multidisciplinary support across criminal and investigative analysis, forensic accounting, cyber reconnaissance, data analytics, GEOINT/mapping, management consulting, and strategic communications. To execute their objectives, they integrate and analyze diverse data holdings including:

Basic Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor’s degree
    • Candidates may substitute ten (10) years of relevant professional experience in lieu of a bachelor’s degree. 
  • Minimum 8 years of specialized intelligence or analytical experience.
  • Active Top Secret Security Clearance

Preferred Qualifications: 

  • Prior experience with investigative support to law enforcement agencies
  • General knowledge of HIS/FBI organizational structures, functions, information sources, and types of records maintained.
  • Strong understanding of task forces and financial investigative groups focused on money laundering and other financial criminal activities.
  • Deep knowledge of criminal activity including:
    • Foreign Terrorist Organizations
    • Drug Cartels
    • Maritime Intelligence Data
    • Domestic and transnational organized crime
    • Money laundering
    • Drug trafficking offenses
    • Illicit trade finance
    • Other related criminal investigative domains
  • Specialized knowledge of analytical methods and techniques applied to federal investigations, including the ability to research, collect, and analyze large volumes of raw data from criminal investigative tools and client‑owned databases.
  • Ability to apply advanced analytical methods and techniques to financial and investigative data, including researching, extracting, correlating, and transforming raw data from multiple sources into reports, assessments, and data visualizations.

NTT DATA provides a reasonable range of compensation for specific roles. The starting pay range for this role is $102,675 - $171,125. Actual compensation will depend on a number of factors, including the candidate’s relevant experience, technical skills, and other qualifications. This position may also be eligible for incentive compensation based on individual and/or company performance. If the position offered in temporary, the position will not be eligible for incentive compensation. This position is eligible for company benefits including medical, dental, and vision insurance with an employer contribution, flexible spending or health savings account, life and AD&D insurance, short and long term disability coverage, paid time off, employee assistance, participation in a 401k program with company match, and additional voluntary or legally-required benefits.
