About This Opportunity

Current positions are filled; however, Anchor Innovation maintains an active candidate pool for future openings supporting Maritime Expeditionary Security Group ONE (MESG-1) Training and Evaluation Unit (TEU) operations.


Qualified applicants may be considered for future opportunities involving tactical patrol boat operations, operator training, waterfront support, curriculum development, readiness assessments, and expeditionary maritime operations.

Requirements:


Requirements
  • U.S. Citizen 
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a Common Access Card (CAC) 
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance 
  • Valid Driver's License 
  • Minimum four years of military, government, or industry experience supporting maritime operations, small boat operations, expeditionary operations, training, maintenance, or related mission areas 
  • Ability to work in classroom, waterfront, range, and underway environments 
  • Ability to travel CONUS and OCONUS as required 
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills 
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
Preferred Qualifications
  • Active Secret Clearance 
  • Small Boat Operations experience:
    • Maritime Expeditionary Security Force (MESF) experience 
    • Maritime Security Squadron (MSRON) experience 
    • Riverine Squadron (RIVRON) experience
    • Coastal Riverine Force (CRF) experience 
    • Naval Special Warfare experience 
  • Boat Captain, Patrol Leader, Navigator, Coxswain, Engineer, or Communicator qualifications 
  • Navy Instructor Training Course (NITC) graduate 
  • Master Training Specialist (MTS) 
  • Expeditionary Warfare Specialist (EXW) 
  • High-Risk Training Instructor (HRTI) 
  • Range Safety Officer (RSO) 
  • Line Coach qualification 
  • Water Survival Basic/Intermediate or Second Class Swim qualification 
  • Curriculum development experience 
  • Readiness assessment or certification experience 
  • Experience supporting military training commands or fleet training organizations
