Job description

You will serve as a PROGRAM ANALYST on the Navy-Marine Expeditionary Ship Interdiction System (NMESIS) Remotely Operated Ground Unit for Expeditionary (ROGUE) team in the Ground Weapon Systems (GWS) Program Office, Portfolio Acquisition Executive-Marine Corps.Qualifications:Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or NH-02 pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following:
-Expert knowledge and skill in the Defense Acquisition System. Includes knowledge of key activities and documentation requirements of each phase of the acquisition life cycle for all categories of programs; supporting and/or managing a project/program through its acquisition life cycle.
-Expert knowledge and skill to achieve expressed goals and objectives of the program through interaction and coordination in a team environment, to include consistent interface with higher headquarters, including establishing positive working relationships with peers and subordinates as well as superiors both internal and external to the program.
-Knowledge and skill executing the DoD planning, programming, budgeting and execution system.
