Margot European Day Spa is seeking a passionate, skilled, and client-focused Licensed Massage Therapist to join our growing team. If you're dedicated to helping clients relax, recover, and feel their best while delivering exceptional service in a professional spa environment, we'd love to meet you.

At Margot European Day Spa, we are committed to creating an unforgettable guest experience that inspires wellness, relaxation, and lasting client relationships.

Responsibilities

  • Perform high-quality therapeutic massage treatments tailored to each client's needs.
  • Recommend home care, treatment plans, and retail products to support client wellness.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and create a welcoming, relaxing experience.
  • Maintain treatment rooms and follow all spa operational and sanitation standards.
  • Uphold the spa's core values and professional standards.
  • Collaborate with the spa team to ensure an outstanding guest experience.

Qualifications

  • Active Michigan Massage Therapy License required.
  • Previous experience in a professional spa or wellness environment preferred.
  • Proficient in Swedish and Deep Tissue Massage; training in Sports Massage and Reflexology is a plus.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Comfortable recommending treatments and retail products.
